Devotionals for Sunday: March 31, 2019

What’s your knee-time? When Jesus said, every knee shall bow… Today, pray for your pastor. Jesus took time out to pray, and he said.

Romans 14

You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’”

Life’s journey…

It’s a One-way ticket…     On earth are you making a ‘Stop-over’ or the ‘Stop-off.  Let’s hope it is a Stop-over, why?

Let’s hope our journey here is just a ‘sojourn’ and this earth will not be our final destination. Because as sojourner we’re are just passing through enroute to the new promised land… God’s Kingdom, His place of splendor.

The Word of the Lord said… 2 Chronicle 7:14…  if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

The power of the Lord will be seen, let us know this and not wait for that fateful day when earth will be shaken and left bare, come to Jesus today, there’s time and the time is now…

Commentary:

In the real world of everyday living the things we face, the people we meet and the day to day demand of just ‘jogging-in-place’ sometimes it becomes such a chore for many… In the ordinary course of our lives we face so many issues, some are mundane, some are critical for our well-being, and all are centered on the future.  Yes, the future is what life’s all about. To our kids it is tomorrow’s school lessons, to us adults it is the responsibilities of finances, health, relationships and having a safety-net for the future.

His Promise:

While our Lord said He came so we could have life and have it more abundantly, and He was speaking in the presence tense and in the future tense.

He said Seek First his Kingdom

             Matthew 6: 31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all     these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Conclusion:

Let us come to our Lord Jesus today and as told in Philippians 4Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Prayer:

Father in Heaven we come and give You our Praises and in Jesus our Eternal Savior and our Sovereign God in One of Your Holy Trinity, Lord we give You first place in our lives knowing that all good things are from you Lord. Lord we thank You for Your Grace and Your Blessing on our visitors to this Good News Website. Lord release Your favors upon us. We pray in Your Precious Name Lord Jesus and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Sharing the Good News… It is a privilege to spread the Gospel.   To many spreading gossips is a daily event. Spreading the Gospel is better, and this is Jesus’ instruction.

Proverbs 10:18

Anyone who hides hatred is a liar. Anyone who spreads gossip is a fool.

Proverbs 11:13

No one who gossips can be trusted with a secret, but you can put confidence in someone who is trustworthy.

Proverbs 16:28

Gossip is spread by wicked people; they stir up trouble and break up friendships.

This is the instruction of Jesus…

Mark 16:15

He said to them, “Go throughout the whole world and preach the gospel to all people.

Romans 1:16

The Power of the Gospel ] I have complete confidence in the gospel; it is God's power to save all who believe, first the Jews and also the Gentiles.

Romans 1:17

For the gospel reveals how God puts people right with himself: it is through faith from beginning to end. As the scripture says, “The person who is put right with God through faith shall live.”

Paul writing to the Corinthians…

1 Corinthians 9:18

18. What pay do I get, then? It is the privilege of preaching the Good News without charging for it, without claiming my rights in my work for the gospel.

23 All this I do for the gospel's sake, in order to share in its blessings.24 Surely you know that many runners take part in a race, but only one of them wins the prize. Run, then, in such a way as to win the prize. 25 Every athlete in training submits to strict discipline, in order to be crowned with a wreath that will not last; but we do it for one that will last forever. 26 That is why I run straight for the finish line; that is why I am like a boxer who does not waste his punches. 27 I harden my body with blows and bring it under complete control, to keep myself from being disqualified after having called others to the contest.

Partaking of the Lord’s Supper, do not do it ritualistically, be in the Spirit, knowing… it is God's new covenant, sealed with His blood. Whenever you drink it, do so in memory of our Lord Jesus.

1 Corinthian 11: (Paul’s teaching of Jesus saying… “This cup is God's new covenant, sealed with my blood. Whenever you drink it, do so in memory of me.”)

23 For I received from the Lord the teaching that I passed on to you: that the Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took a piece of bread, 24 gave thanks to God, broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in memory of me.” 25 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup and said, “This cup is God's new covenant, sealed with my blood. Whenever you drink it, do so in memory of me.

Come to the table with the conviction, examine yourself and know that you are joining in the Body of Christ…

26 This means that every time you eat this bread and drink from this cup you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes. 27 It follows that if one of you eats the Lord's bread or drinks from his cup in a way that dishonors him, you are guilty of sin against the Lord's body and blood. 28 So then, you should each examine yourself first, and then eat the bread and drink from the cup. 29 For if you do not recognize the meaning of the Lord's body when you eat the bread and drink from the cup, you bring judgment on yourself as you eat and drink.30 That is why many of you are sick and weak, and several have died. 31 If we would examine ourselves first, we would not come under God's judgment.32 But we are judged and punished by the Lord, so that we shall not be condemned together with the world.

33 So then, my friends, when you gather together to eat the Lord's Supper, wait for one another.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, today as we gather in Your Holy Presence, we come in victory knowing that You have conquered the world and by Your Grace we have eternal Salvation. Lord bless our Visitors and us all. We give You preeminent in our lives and we go in faith and have complete confidence in the gospel; it is Your power to save all who believe, first the Jews and also the Gentiles. Is there an information overload? When someone says…have you heard the latest news? Do you expect good news, or some drastic announcement that you missed?  Usually we expect a not too good-news.

The Good News is the ‘Best’ News ever…

Jesus Christ came to save sinners.

1 Timothy 1:15

This is a true saying, to be completely accepted and believed: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. I am the worst of them,

Good News Translation (GNT)

Paul writing to Timothy, he declared himself to be the worst sinner of all.

Without Christ, it would be hopeless. And this is why God sent His Son…

John 3:16

For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life.

John 3:17

For God did not send his Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior.

The above scripture verses are most recited in Sunday schools. This plus the little chorus of… Jesus loves me this I know. This combination of early knowledge of salvation has changed the lives of countless numbers of believers.

So, today we are unable to add any more factual statement beyond the above.

For the unbeliever, there’s always a time when they fall into calamity, and some may even say… “God help me”

So, even an atheist knows that there is a supreme being, because there in an inherent feel of mortality, and help is then sought from a higher power.

Sharing the Good News is to bring Joy to everyone, regardless if you are on a cruise or in the hospital and facing eternity. The Good News is the revelation of God’s Salvation, and everyone needs His Salvation.

For the young and confident in their youth full of vitality some may say why do I need ‘Salvation’ with this thought we can remember that there is no atheist is the Fox-Hole on the battle field.

Life is a battlefield, our daily challenges, and the constant battle against the temptations and the wiles of the forces of evil, we need the Grace of the Lord. Especially those that are close to God, as the closer we get the harder the evil one will work to destabilize us from our faith.

Romans 8:28-39 Good News Translation (GNT)

28 We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.

 29 Those whom God had already chosen he also set apart to become like his Son, so that the Son would be the first among many believers.

 30 And so those whom God set apart, he called; and those he called, he put right with himself, and he shared his glory with them.

God's Love in Christ Jesus

31 In view of all this, what can we say? If God is for us, who can be against us? 

32 Certainly not God, who did not even keep back his own Son, but offered him for us all! He gave us his Son—will he not also freely give us all things? 

33 Who will accuse God's chosen people? God himself declares them not guilty! 

34 Who, then, will condemn them? Not Christ Jesus, who died, or rather, who was raised to life and is at the right side of God, pleading with him for us!

“For your sake we are in danger of death at all times; we are treated like sheep that are going to be slaughtered.”

Prayer:

Lord we pray that our Visitors will be guided by Your Good News, Lord bless this day as we go forward in Faith and knowing that all our needs are provided, and we thank You knowing that Your faithfulness and Your Covenant will never change. Lord we pray in Your Holy name and to You Jesus our Sovereign God in One of our Father and Creator, to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory, Now and Forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Thursday: March 28, 2019

Given a choice, what would you choose? Would it be, health, wealth, longevity, and helping others. We say; all the above…

Why do we say yes to all the above? Because the Lord would like us all to have these. But having them, they do not take precedent to our Lord. There was one important element that was left out of the above list… and this is ‘Knowledge’. So with wealth, health, longevity plus knowledge you are as well-equipped as King Solomon. But we all know of the saying “power corrupts”, and this rings true for many, including King Solomon who, in-spite of the warning by God, he violated most of the teaching that he received.

Solomon’s dialogue with the Lord…

1 Kings 3:5-28 (NIV)

5 At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, “Ask for whatever you want me to give you.”

6 Solomon answered, “You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart. You have continued this great kindness to him and have given him a son to sit on his throne this very day.

7 “Now, Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David. But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties. 8 Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. 9 So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. 11 So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, 12 I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. 13 Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both wealth and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings.

Deuteronomy 17:16-20  

God’s warning to Solomon

16 The king, moreover, must not acquire great numbers of horses for himself or make the people return to Egypt to get more of them, for the Lord has told you, “You are not to go back that way again.” 17 He must not take many wives, or his heart will be led astray. He must not accumulate large amounts of silver and gold.

18 When he takes the throne of his kingdom, he is to write for himself on a scroll a copy of this law, taken from that of the Levitical priests. 19 It is to be with him, and he is to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the Lord his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees 20 and not consider himself better than his fellow Israelites and turn from the law to the right or to the left. Then he and his descendants will reign a long time over his kingdom in Israel.

While God is Supreme, He placed a lot of trust upon Solomon, blessed him and enabled him, but despite this, he went astray and got misled by the foreign wives.  Surely God was displeased. But no one can surprise the Lord as He is Omniscient and knows everything. So, knowing this, We must strive to keep the faith and walk the line.

In all things Jesus is Preeminent.

Praise Him… Lord Jesus today we come and affirmed that You are the King of kings and Lord of lord, and You our Redeemer Lives… So, we can say...” I know my Redeemer Lives! Lord bless our Visitor.

Devotionals for Wednesday: March 27th, 2019

Are we still building a new Tower of Babel?  with 4857 Satellites orbiting earth today, about 670,000 pieces of debris 1–10 cm, and around 29,000 larger pieces were estimated to be in orbit 

 The good thing about all that man-made clutter is that they will burn-up on reentry to earth. Maybe God knew that some day man would be building a newer version of the tower of Babel. So, God made a way for all that junk to be consumed.

What are we searching for? We have listening Satellites, Telescopes and various space probes, yet there are so much we don’t know.

Back here on earth we have 4,200 religious’ groups around the world, and we can ask the same question…what are they searching for? There are 2.4 Billion Christians spread over 33,000 denominations.

Maybe someone should gather all leaders of the 33,000 denominations and let them know that in heaven there will be no religious group, and all are One in Christ.

Text Matthew 24 The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

Commentary: When boarding an Airplane first-class passenger are boarded first.  In Heavenly realms, the same applies.  Because there will be a rapture where those in Christ will be taken up to be with Him first. This is an event that precedes the final ‘Day of the Lord’ which will follow the ‘Rapture’ . This second period will be the time of tribulation.

Beware that there will be no ‘Coach’ passengers, all in Christ are all ‘First-Class ‘ there are no class system, there will be no Catholics, Presbyterians, Baptist, Methodist, Lutherans or others, only one class… Born-Again just as how Jesus told Nicodemus “You must be born-again”.

The Coming of the Son of Man

29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Devotionals for Tuesday: March 26th, 2019

In the year 0033 Jesus said He would return, this was 103,273 weeks ago. Today is March 24, 2019-keep watching.

When we say it was only 103,273 weeks ago when Jesus said He would return. In weekly terms it seems less that the 1,986 years ago when He also ascended to heaven.

Remember that Jesus is the only Godhead of His Creation.  All other spiritual leaders were just spiritual leaders, and never was any declared to be God in One of the Father. All spiritual leaders are buried on earth, only Jesus ascended to the Father in Heaven.

No one has ever seen God, except His Son Jesus… the reason why we are expounding the supremacy of Christ… the diversity of ‘Religion’ has diluted the Gospel and created a confusion among many.

Fact 1:

For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

No one come to the Father except through Christ…

Conclusion…

Anyone that thinks that there are more than one way to the Father God without Christ, they need to stop and just say…"Jesus please ‘show’ me the way, as I want to be sure that I am being led to the Father’s kingdom".  This action is not to ‘buy’ insurance, but it should be a sincere request that they desire to be at rest with the father, as the alternate place will be a place of torment, separated from God.

Heaven is Real – a Place of splendor filled with the presence of our Lord, a place of Joy… Joy is mentioned in the Bible 244 time.

You should not worry; the Bible clearly teaches that if we know Christ, we are safely in God's hands forever when we die, and that nothing "in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:39).
To know Christ… Repent (Turn from your sins) and by faith receive Jesus Christ into your heart and life and follow Him in obedience as your Lord and Savior.

Pray this prayer of Commitment: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name I pray Lord

Is The Lord late on His return? Remembering the 400 ‘Silent-years’

The Silent-years when Part One (the Old Testament) ended and the breaking of the news of the birth Jesus, the Messiah, the period of 400 years may. Or be so silent as we think.

Between the time of Malachi and the coming of the Messiah, several prophecies were fulfilled, including the 2,300 days of desecration between 171 and 165 B.C. (Daniel 8:14), but neither the fulfilled prophecies nor the 400 years the nation was given to study Scripture, to seek God (Psalm 43-44) and to prepare for the coming Messiah, was put to good use. In fact, those years blinded and deafened the nation to the point where most of the Jews could not even consider the concept of a humble Messiah (Zechariah 9:9Isaiah 6:10John 12:40).

Isaiah in earlier time about 700 years wrote about the coming Messiah, Isaiah 53 provided a vivid forecast of Christ as the Lamb of God. As we draw near to Easter which is the second most important event I human history. Easter is all about the Crucifixion and Resurrection of our Savior Jesus- “The Christ” the anointed One.

    and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
He grew up before him like a tender shoot,
    and like a root out of dry ground.

Thanking the Lord in advance of His Blessing, His Providence and His Saving Grace, He said He will give it when we ask in His Name…

Mark 11:24

Therefore, I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.

23 Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. 24 Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. 25 Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.

Use the Providence of the Lord wisely, it is all His, we are to use it for His Glory..

God can do whatever He wants to get  done,  but why did He choose Moses? Is God calling you  to serve Him?

Moses could have said… why choose me? In fact Moses did say this, he said he was a poor communicator, and God said don’t worry about it, all will be well.

God will use us to carry out His Plans, He is calling you today…

God called Saul, he could have used someone else,  but He chose Saul, who was a corrupt person, a persecutor of Christians. Yet we see Paul whom Jesus close being a Followers of Christ were among the founders of the church in Antioch, followers of Christ were first called Christian when the church of Antioch was formed.

So we see the outcome of God’s calling of Moses to lead His people to the Promised Land,, and we see the result of Saul who later was known as Paul.

Listen to God’s calling and follow Him, how do we know it is God who is calling, just as how the Lord told Moses, do not worry about being a poor communicator, just be still and know that He is God.

Go to the Lord in prayers, seek His guidance, pray that his Holy Spirit will lead you.

We end this short dialogue by giving thanks to our Gracious Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ…

Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior, we come knowing that there’s no one above You and You are Supreme and Holy. How does God see us? Guess what? He sees you and you are very special, and all are well-endowed with the richness of the Lord…

The four key points in the Prayer of Jabez are:

(To the Lord) 

Oh. That You would bless me indeed,

And enlarge my territory,

That Your hand would be with me,

And that You would keep me from evil.

1: Seeking the Blessing from the Lord

2: Asking for the Lord’s providence to enlarge his Territory

3: Asking the Lord to keep His hands on him

4: Seeking to abide in the Lord and having God’s shield from the evil one.

While we may not consider ourselves to be special. But the Lord declared us to be special and He has endowed us with His riches.

Focus:       From fame & fortune to poverty, avoid this by following instructions to be a good-steward. Live for Christ and He will lead you to Paradise.

In ministries, many church leaders are doing a great job, but some by the adoption of a ‘business-model’ of more is good; and the over-expansion can lead to the same outcome of being on a treadmill of needing more donors to meet the obligations.  While The Lord said take nothing on the journey to His disciples, we need to let the mission be His, and let us not build trophies but follow the Lord’s instruction and let it all be His will.

An example is the Glass-Cathedral built in California that grew and grew that it incurred a billion dollars in debt and subsequently went bankrupt.

The Good News… God does not have anything against being rich, in fact Jesus had many friends that were rich, such as Joseph of Arimathea, Nicodemus, and we see Christ chose Paul (Saul of Tarsus) who was a persecutor of Christians, Saul was a Tent-Maker, recent studies are now revealing that Paul came from a well-off family that gave him an education and gained his citizenship as a Roman. 

Here we see that Jesus chose people of above average means to serve His mission.  As the text below states (Mark 10:26) Jesus said, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God! Let us focus on the directive of this sentence… How hard it is for those ‘who trust’ in riches…

TEXT: Mark 4:19 and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. In Context

His Resurrection is a Witness of what He has endowed for those in Jesus who shall also share in His Glory through His Divine Redemption.

Yes, we can receive His ‘Priceless-Gift’ right now and be made a Joint-Heir in Christ our Savior.

Here we see that Jesus knew the blind man’s desire, but we must ask, and we shall receive.

(This article appeared as a government document in 1950. At the time it appeared in the Review of the News, Msgr. O'Neill was a retired Brigadier General living in Pueblo, Colorado.)

As the Chief Chaplain of the Third Army throughout the five campaigns on the Staff of General Patton, I should have some knowledge of the event because at the direction of General Patton I composed the now world-famous Prayer, and wrote Training Letter No. 5, which constitutes an integral, but untold part, of the prayer story. These Incidents, narrated in sequence, should serve to enhance the memory of the man himself, and cause him to be enshrined by generations to come as one of the greatest of our soldiers. He had all the traits of military leadership, fortified by genuine trust in God, intense love of country, and high faith In the American soldier.

He had no use for half-measures. He wrote this line a few days before his death: "Anyone in any walk of life who is content with mediocrity is untrue to himself and to American tradition." He was true to the principles of his religion, Episcopalian, and was regular in Church attendance and practices, unless duty made his presence Impossible.

The incident of the now famous Patton Prayer commenced with a telephone call to the Third Army Chaplain on the morning of December 8, 1944, when the Third Army Headquarters were located in the Caserne Molifor in Nancy, France: "This is General Patton; do you have a good prayer for weather? We must do something about those rains if we are to win the war." My reply was that I know where to look for such a prayer, that I would locate, and report within the hour. As I hung up the telephone receiver, about eleven in the morning, I looked out on the steadily falling rain, "immoderate" I would call it -- the same rain that had plagued Patton's Army throughout the Moselle and Saar Campaigns from September until now, December 8. The few prayer books at hand contained no formal prayer on weather that might prove acceptable to the Army Commander. Keeping his immediate objective in mind, I typed an original and an improved copy on a 5" x 3" filing card:

Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call upon Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies and establish Thy justice among men and nations.

I pondered the question, what use would General Patton make of the prayer? Surely not for private devotion. If he intended it for circulation to chaplains or others, with Christmas not far removed, it might he proper to type the Army Commander's Christmas Greetings on the reverse side. This would please the recipient, and anything that pleased the men I knew would please him:

Patton replied… Chaplain, I am a strong believer in Prayer. There are three ways that men get what they want; by planning, by working, and by Praying. Any great military operation takes careful planning, or thinking. Then you must have well-trained troops to carry it out: that's working. But between the plan and the operation there is always an unknown. That unknown spells defeat or victory, success or failure. It is the reaction of the actors to the ordeal when it actually comes. Some people call that getting the breaks; I call it God. God has His part, or margin in everything, That's where prayer comes in. Up to now, in the Third Army, God has been very good to us. We have never retreated; we have suffered no defeats, no famine, no epidemics. This is because a lot of people back home are praying for us. We were lucky in Africa, in Sicily, and in Italy. Simply because people prayed. But we have to pray for ourselves, too. A good soldier is not made merely by making him think and work. There is something in every soldier that goes deeper than thinking or working--it's his "guts." It is something that he has built in there: it is a world of truth and power that is higher than himself. Great living is not all output of thought and work. A man has to have intake as well. I don't know what you it, but I call it Religion, Prayer, or God.

He talked about Gideon in the Bible, said that men should pray no matter where they were, in church or out of it, that if they did not pray, sooner or later they would "crack up."

General Patton was so right… He may have applied his own style of leadership, but his faith and trust were in the Lord. His statement of his beloved county America rings through and is contemporary today as first stated on the battlefront of war in 1944, as Patton said… “We have suffered no defeats. No famine, no epidemics”

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, Lord we humbly come in Jesus our Lord and Savior. Lord as we proceed in faith, let this small ministry proper by reaching many for You Lord.  Lord we place this endeavor in You hands and seek Your Divine blessings upon our Visitors and us all. Commentary:

The writers of the Scriptures above were in direct communication with the Lord, John the Apostle had a relationship with Jesus as John outlived all the apostles and was given many of Jesus teaching leading to the book of Revelation.

Isaiah, known as the ‘Prince of Prophet’. Isaiah wrote of the Messiah, the Lamb of God, over 700 years before Christ was born in Bethlehem.

He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth.

Kindness mistaken for weakness

The Good News for today are:

Focus: “The battle is not yours, but God’s. … Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem! Do not fear or be dismayed.   2 Chronicles 20:15, 17.” 

Text: “Do not be terrified. … The Lord your God, who goes before you, He will fight for you” (Deuteronomy 1:29-31). 

“All this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s” (1 Samuel 17:47). 

In our lifetime, we all have experienced some degree of mockery, but the worst case of mockery is to have some form of ‘Respect’ for the individual but behind his back we commit things that are offensive to the person.  It is like saying Dear God, I love You and Praise You and I serve You, then in the afternoon we are violating his trust.  This is among the highest form of mockery that we can commit.  But our God who is Omniscience, Omni Potent and all-Powerful will not be mocked.  In society, we often misjudge Kindness for ‘Weakness’ Our Lord express such kindness and so many of us take His love for granted.  There is an “Entitlement’ offered by our Lord, and He offered His Love to have made the ultimate Sacrifice for us by granting us His Grace and it is an Entitlement that we must accept.

His Promise:

16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?17 If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

His Faithfulness:

Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

Action/Coming to our Lord:

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come.  Lord Jesus today we thank You for this privilege of being in Your Holy presence. Psalm 34:7 In Context

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, And rescues them.

The word said… angel of the Lord encamps around those who ‘Fear’ Him. Fear is a relative term that applies to be in Awe, and yet to Adore the Lord. So, we say Love the Lord and ‘Fear’ the wrath of God.

The angels were created by God for one purpose: to carry out His will. The Bible says, "Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will" (Psalm 103:21).

One way they do this is by watching over God's people and protecting us from the evil schemes of our spiritual enemy, the devil. Although they are largely unseen by us, God's angels are constantly at work to safeguard us -- and when our life's journey is over, they will accompany us into God's presence in heaven forever. The Bible calls them "ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation" (Hebrews 1:14).

This should bring you great comfort, for if you have committed your life to Jesus Christ, God has promised that His angels will be with you at all times, to protect and guide you. This doesn't mean we'll never have problems, or that we'll always choose the right path in life -- but it does mean we'll never be snatched from God's loving hands. We aren't to worship the angels or make them the focus of our faith -- but we are to trust God's promise that "he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11).

The Bible doesn't say the angels pray for us -- and the reason is because One far greater than the angels already is praying for us: the Lord Jesus Christ. He alone is the divine Son of God, who even now sits in heaven interceding for us (see Hebrews 7:25). Is your faith and trust in Him -- both for today and for eternity?

The Birth of Jesus was not a ‘staged’ event; it was Predestined by The Creator, to be our Redeemer.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

What is your purpose in life? To live to a hundred? So what? what will your legacy be?

Do we have to leave a legacy?  Regardless of who we are, what we do, someone will remember you.

Some legacy are somewhat private, and this is about those you have led to Christ. What we have done for others and given in the name of the Lord.

Some legacy is about the ‘Providence’ of the Lord, why is this not private? Because when we receive the blessings, we should share it and let it be known that the Mercies of the Lord abounds.

So, the legacy be the endowment of the Lord, because we are a child of God and throughout our time, we are His beneficiary and He if the Benefactor.

Proverbs 13:22 [Full Chapter]

A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.

This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.

Commentary:

In the Eyes of God, all believers are equal; no one is greater than any other. Our Lord shows no preference.  You are equally bought with His Blood of Atonement.  You have His Grace and You are an Heir with Jesus to His Kingdom.  Yes all those that know Him can claim this in His Holy Name. What a Privilege He gave us.

Why did our Lord do this for each of us?  Before we even attempt to answer this, He made this Earth and the Universe with over a Billion Galaxies just for us Humans, He gave us a place of Splendor that we would not have to work or be driven by the rush of this society to just ‘Jog-in-place’ till we go. Regardless of our economic standings, we can be rich in material things, but not knowing our Lord one is as ‘Poor as a church mouse’… Our Lord gave us His Grace, why? Because He loves us, we are considered His greatest creation.  After He spoke into existence the Heavens and Earth, He said these were Good, then He ‘Made’ us in His Likeness… and breathed Life into Man.

So why are we considered Complete in Christ?  Because we can only be ‘Complete’ in HIM without Him (Jesus) we are incomplete as our physical life will end but our Spiritual Life will live on forever.

Therefore without our Lord, we will never complete the journey home to His Kingdom.

Jesus said… No one comes to the Father except through Him, and He has promised one of two greetings: One is: Welcome home good and faithful servant, the other is: ‘Depart from me I never knew you’.

His Promise:

Ephesians 2: 4-10   But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

When the Lord’s work through you and His mission is not yet completed, He will allow each of us to remain here until its time for us to go to Him.

He “Jesus” holds all things together - The Incomparable Christ.

Today being the Lord’s day, let us go to the Lord recognizing that the Bible is all about Jesus.

He is the Great I AM and He is ready to receive us as we gather in One as the Body of Christ.

Colossians 1:17 NIV In Context 

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

Colossians 1:14-20  (NKJV)

14 in whom we have redemption [a]through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or [b]principalities or [c]powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Reconciled in Christ

19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

:  Oneness in Christ… or are we doing it ritualistically?  Worship in Reverence and Love for our Lord and not just to ask Him for favors

Just think that many theologians and bible scholars are debating the Creation Days, is it 6,000 days or just 6 days? In Faith we accept that our Sovereign God could have done it in 6 Hours, but He made the Heavens, Earth, the living things and us in 6 Days, because he wanted the 7th Day to be His Sabbath. If they are basing their calculation on what Peter mentioned, that a day is like a 1000 Years, then the creation period would be 6,000 Years, if this is so, then the Sabbath would last 1000 Years.  This theory alone points us to the Morning and Evening as a Day as the Bible said. 

This is why the simplest of Chorus... ‘Jesus loves me this I know’ rings the truest in teaching about our Lord Jesus, as it is based on FAITH. Faith is one of the highest mysteries declared by God as a ‘Power’ from Him.

Our  MESSIAH our Sovereign Eternal God; Jesus is the source of all good things, and the ‘Mysteries’ of our Eternal God is Infinite… by His personal guidance, Jesus was revealing an abundant life through HIM.  When He said in Matthew 6: 33, He gave specific instruction how to navigate the maze of this world… He said in : Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

His Promise:

The Love of God is greater, stronger than any pledge or promises of mankind…. Our Lord Jesus is our incarnate Eternal God of our Father as God in One in His Holy Trinity. HE is Eternal, Jesus is the same Yesterday Today and forever. 

His Faithfulness:

What a privilege that He gave us, He said He would never leave us nor forsake us, He proved it by His Sacrifice at Calvary, just think Jesus the Son of the Most High died the death on a cross, a punishment reserved only for criminals… What an atrocious death to be imposed on a King? But He Rose Triumphantly! He Reigns Supreme, He said “Father forgive them for they know not what they do’.  

So, come to Him and make time like you would for the most important meeting today, your meeting with your supreme Lord and Savior

Conclusion:

When all is said and done, life is just a vapor, we know very little about what’s in store for us tomorrow… But He has provided His Assurance that is more than the largest Insurance policy, as He offers Life-Everlasting in a Place of Splendor.

Many of us with the ‘Toys’ and the big homes and country club memberships will wonder what can God gives me that will compare to what I now have? Think about Job, he had it all but he was humbled yet he never lost his faith in God… God restored it all beyond his wildest dreams.  Our Lord also said… Eyes have not seen nor can we imagine what His Kingdom is like.  

So, take heart, nothing we have here are permanent as all things are temporary… King Solomon found this out, he was the richest of the rich, and he wrote ‘All is folly’.

 But the Best is Yet to come… a place of Splendor and Joy filled with the presence of our Sovereign Eternal Lord and Savior, a sinless place sanctified by His Holy presence, Jesus Messiah…

Prayer:

Father today we come in Your Holy presence through Jesus our Redeemer and our Sovereign Eternal God in One of Your Holy Trinity. Lord Jesus Supreme maker of all things, and our Creator, as Your Father said…”Let us create’ You my Lord Jesus was there at the beginning of it all, and You are the Great “I AM”.  Lord today we thank You for this privilege and Lord we seek Your divine Blessings on us all and for our Visitors to this Website, and Lord let Your Word bring many to You Lord. Commentary: Just think our Incarnate God who was there before Abraham, Jesus the Incomparable Sovereign Eternal God in One of His Holy Trinity is inviting you to dine with Him?

Looking back when Adam walked with God (This was Yeshua/Jesus) in the Garden of Eden, The Lord showed Adam the bountiful fruits and surely Adam was shown how to harvest and eat of the fruits.  As we see ‘God’ walked with Adam, but after the fall the Lord did not disassociate Himself from Adam, He killed an animal and made clothes from the skins.  This was an act that would be repeated thousands of years later; when Jesus died so that our sins could be covered with his Blood of atonement.

The Bible is all about Jesus (Yeshua-Yahweh)  our Almighty God that no one has ever seen except Jesus who is God Incarnate. So is our journey here on earth as a training ground as we journey to the next world.

Jesus said… “I am not of this world” John 8:23

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

What a privilege that we can say ….What a Friend we have in Jesus! 

Principle:  Those in Christ will not suffer condemnation, (Romans 8: 1) and His people will be caught up in the Air. Those that already passed on, are already with Him, as the Bible said, to be absent from the Body and be present with the Lord. O what a glorious day that will be.

His Promise / His Faithfulness:

The GOOD NEWS is: We are made JOINT-HEIR to the Kingdom, and His Kingdom eyes have not seen, nor can we imagine the beauty of His Paradise as Earth will be laid bare.

Conclusion: Many of us will agree that the events of this world is headed to a period of major changes as nations continue their arms building, growing religious disparities, poverty and famine in many parts of the world, and social changes parallel to the time of Sodom and Gomorrah.  Thing are like in the days of Noah.  The much talks of a ‘New-World order’ and a one-world government is much like a script written in the Bible which will be fulfilled when Jesus returns. 

Mankind is reaching that climax when the dissenting nations will be united by the declaration of a higher-power, but it will be too little and too late. We are still building the Tower of Babel, as man focused on this world that is temporary.

There are many stories of  ‘Alien-power’ that may bring the world together in unity against that ‘un-known’ force; but it may be too late, as we shall see ‘The Day of the Lord’ which shall be seen from the east to the west’  when the trumpet is sounded.

Come to Him and be part of the Greatest-Gathering to come, when we see Jesus… He is coming, but His timeline is not ours. Find Him while He can be found, accept His Salvation today He is calling you and when you know Him your place will be in His Kingdom too.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus it is a privilege to be in Your Holy presence Lord.  We thank You for the Heavenly things that you have in store for us as we look with great anticipation of the coming of Your Day Lord.  You have said eyes have not seen nor can we imagine the Splendor of Your Kingdom as You so described as Paradise. Lord let us spread this great News as You have invited everyone to be at the greatest gathering that we can ever see. Lord  let Your message be spread across this globe as we make haste to bring as many to You Lord.  Thank You for Your Wisdom and Your Providence and we thank You for our Visitors and let us all come to the Cross and know that is it empty as You are on the Throne of Righteousness. Samuel Anoints David
16 The Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem. I have chosen one of his sons to be king.”
2 But Samuel said, “How can I go? If Saul hears about it, he will kill me.”
The Lord said, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.’3 Invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what to do. You are to anoint for me the one I indicate.”
4 Samuel did what the Lord said. When he arrived at Bethlehem, the elders of the town trembled when they met him. They asked, “Do you come in peace?”
5 Samuel replied, “Yes, in peace; I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Consecrate yourselves and come to the sacrifice with me.” Then he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice.
6 When they arrived, Samuel saw Eliab and thought, “Surely the Lord’s anointed stands here before the Lord.”
7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
8 Then Jesse called Abinadab and had him pass in front of Samuel. But Samuel said, “The Lord has not chosen this one either.” 9 Jesse then had Shammah pass by, but Samuel said, “Nor has the Lord chosen this one.” 10 Jesse had seven of his sons pass before Samuel, but Samuel said to him, “The Lord has not chosen these.” 11 So he asked Jesse, “Are these all the sons you have?”
“There is still the youngest,” Jesse answered. “He is tending the sheep.”
Samuel said, “Send for him; we will not sit down until he arrives.”
12 So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features.
Then the Lord said, “Rise and anoint him; this is the one.”
13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David. 


Commentary: To be successful we must first possess several inherent principles, winning the lottery tomorrow and being broke a year from now is not success.  Success is more than just having a lot of money.
Success is defined as… 
1. obsolete : outcome, result
2. degree or measure of succeeding
3: favorable or desired outcome; also : the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence
4: one that succeeds


While David was in the field tending his flock, his degree of success was warding off predators from attacking his flocks.  He had no idea that he would be king over Israel, but the Lord chose him.  We all know about his many exploits, but even then, God chose David, do you think that God had no knowledge of David’s future? Including his affairs with Bathsheba and having her husband killed? Most certainly God knew as He knows everything even before it happens. But God who made us, knew that David was still a Man, and He knew that all of man’s intent was carnal and unwieldy, so God made a way for us to receive His Forgiveness.  David who wrote many of the Psalms, wrote his Prayer of Repentance and asked God for His forgiveness, (Psalms 51) and God forgave him and also continued to bless David.
 
Principle: For there is One GOD and One Mediator between God and Man, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all… 1 Timothy 2: 5-6 NKJ


Conclusion: Whom God chooses, He will see that His (God’s) plan is carried out through the one He chooses. He chose, Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, and He may have chosen you too. For certain He knows you by name, even before you were born.  So as we aim for Success to achieve that utopia, let us seek Fulfillment through our Lord Jesus. Because He said Seek Him First and His Righteousness…

His Promise / His Faithfulness:
Matthew 6:33 (AMP)
33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.

Action/Coming to our Lord:
Ephesians 1:7(AMP)
 7 In Him we have redemption (deliverance and salvation) through His blood, the remission (forgiveness) of our offenses (shortcomings and trespasses), in accordance with the riches and the generosity of His gracious favor.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus we Thank You for choosing us and remembering us that You came and Redeemed us. Lord Your statement that You are not of this world we acknowledge on that day the trumpet will sound and the Heavens will open with Your majestic return,  we look to that day when we shall see You as You are.  Lord. Bless our Visitors and grant Your favors to all, as we pray in Your Holy Name, to You Lord Jesus is the Power and Glory forever.  Amen

Grace brings Freedom through the Holy Spirit-Follow the Spirit

Prayer is the pillar of our faith and we are strengthened by coming to our Lord.  Knowing that Jesus our Sovereign Eternal God is One in His Holy Trinity of His father, our Creator and His Holy Spirit, will do miracles in our lives….

Prayer is a divine way of communicating with our Father, knowing that we pray to our Father our Creator through Jesus our Mediator who intercedes on our behalf as Jesus is our High Priest and as our Sovereign God in one of Father, Son and Holy Spirit; because HE said no one comes to the father unless through Him…. While we pray without any man-made device, this is a super-natural event that we can acknowledge by our Lord’s promise that He would send His Holy Spirit to be with us.  When we walk and seek our Lord, we are always guided through the shadow of the Valley of death, fear and turmoil of this world, knowing that His Shadow of Mercies is always close to those that seek our Lord.

We are to boldly come to our Lord knowing that He said we are to do this as He said…

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”.

  As we read in John 14:16, Our Lord Jesus the Son of God; said He will intercede to His Father on our behalf… Jesus Son of God prays to His Father to send us another advocate (His Holy Spirit) The Holy Spirit He sends will be with us forever. 

We are also reminded in 1 Timothy 2 ‘Instructions on Worship’  

1. I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people – 

2. for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

3. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 

4: who wants all people to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth. 

5: For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, 

6: who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.  

Therefore; ‘Let us hold unswervingly to the Hope we profess, for He who promised (Jesus) is Faithful. "I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee."

EPHESIANS 6:

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

Start the day by gathering the armaments of:

The Belt of Truth

The Breastplate of Righteousness

The Shield of Faith

The Shoe of the Gospel of PEACE

The Sword of the Spirit

The Helmet of Salvation

And the FUEL that drives the above forming the FORCES of our protection and the power to cut-down evil and to provide a protective shield powered by our FAITH and the deployment of the SWORD with the DIVINE POWER of HIS WORD, you have just read the description of what our Lord has provided to each of us that makes us a Super-Being.

Imagine with these Six pieces of HIS Weapon, we are Shielded from any attack, Shielded and be invisible to the enemy, and be able to fire the most advanced weapon which is HIS WORD, a flameless Divine Laser that is Super-Natural, powered by HIS HOLY SPIRIT.

Now with this Suit of Armor I am ready for battle and can take on the world at large and defend myself and expound the Power of my Majestic God empowered by His Son Jesus that marked me with His SEAL of HIS Blood of Atonement and by His Blood, I am Invincible and in Victory I shall live and in Victory I shall Proclaim Him as HE our Majestic King Jesus Messiah is coming and; with Power and Glory He shall return seen from the East to the West, not riding on a donkey as He did when He made His Triumphant entry on Palm Sunday, but the Clouds will implode and in a Flash He will appear.

Can we imagine the Almighty God, Creator and Messiah, issuing a plea like above, notice HE said “ I AM GENTLE and HUMBLE, and even went on to say… HE will go easy on us; as “His burden is light”. WHAT LOVE HE OFFERS….

Jesus Comes to Jerusalem as King

Untie them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, say that the Lord needs them, and he will send them right away.”

This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:

The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them. They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted,

“Hosanna to the Son of David!”

“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”

“Hosanna in the highest heaven!”

10 When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?”

You have Mail… this was a popular alert; in fact, you have an offer, an astounding offer…

What could the offer be? Something you can refuse, not like the offer that a gangster would make, one you couldn’t refuse.

God’s offer is a ‘Choice’ it is more like an option when buying a car, it is like choosing to buy an automatic or a manual transmission. Soon, it will be choosing to own a self-driving car or one you drive yourself.

So, while God’s offer is something you can reject, the rejection will be a fatal mistake. If someone say, choose this for ‘Life’ or reject it and die? The obvious choice is to choose life. But, the most unbelievable percentage of people choose to die.

How could this be? What God offers is in a plain wrapper, transparent and not wrapped in the worldly package of pleasure and decadence that the world offers.

But the Gift from God is also loaded with a ‘Wonderful-Life’ a life of Triumph, and all of the good things that you and I were destined to receive.

No… we are not promoting prosperity teaching, but there are many courses offered of how to be successful. Our disclosure is founded on Jesus’ own teaching.

Jesus never intended for you and us to struggle in this world, in fact He laid it out quite clearly. You don’t have to be a major in business to be a successful individual, but it takes business-sense to create, operate and manage a business enterprise. If you won the lotto, it is considered a lucky situation. But statistics have proven that most lotto winners go broke and bankrupt in less than 5 years, so one may just as well remain in his job and not becoming bankrupt in life.

So, let us manage our life under God’s guidance, let Him be the Author and Finisher of our Faith. Why Faith? Because whatever we need, He will provide, how is that so?

What’s the secret here? The ‘desires of the heart could be a lot of things, a big house, a luxury car, etc., could these be part of God’s supply? Maybe, all good things are from Him…

Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

2 Corinthians 9:8 In Context 

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

What did we just read?

God will make His Grace flow freely upon you,  will you ‘Always’ have full sufficiency of all things in abundance? Yes, God did say this. But the caveat is… all in abundance for the good work that He has commissioned us to do.

As we seek the Lord, let us remember…

Do you know what the future will be? Can you be absolutely sure?

No one can be absolutely sure of the future, except for those ‘Born-Again’ and Saved by the Blood of Jesus.

No one, not even kings. Emperors, presidents, queen or even the pope, none can claim absolutely certainty of the future of their choice. Not unless, as Jesus said… You must be Born-Again.

The New Birth] There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” ...

Most of us… we may think that our future lies in the hands of politicians and society at large. But we must acknowledge that many Policies are made for our schools that are contrary to God’s creation, Newspapers are influenced by Politics and various agenda. Prejudice is the norm in multiple sectors, and anti-Semitism is rampant among many. So, how can anyone chart the future?

In a world that is driven to excel and compete in business, schools, sports, and not to mention the political landscape, we are constantly bombarded by the excess of commercials, selling the look better, and the feel better remedies and the buy this and buy that to improve our lives. How much is enough?

We know that the advertisers are focused to get you to buy. Every campaign alludes to a promise, but the statement by our Lord Jesus is not a promise it is a Covenant.  A covenant is an agreement with specific terms; as Jesus Himself said:

In the realms of our Lord, a Day is like a thousand years…

Jesus foretold the future, which is relative to our current time, as we see the events of the world… Christians persecuted and killed, Jesus said; ‘the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God’, yet Jesus did say… in Verse 7. “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you”.  

Never forget: Your salvation does not depend on you and how good you are.

It depends solely on Christ and what He has already done for you through His death on the cross. The Bible says that Christ "appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself" (Hebrews 9:26).

Prayer:
 Lord grants us Your peace and leads us to Green Pastures and Still-Water as we journey to You by Your Grace. We thank You for the privilege of being in Your holy presence, we pray in Your precious name Lord Jesus our Redeemer... Amen

Gain strength from the Light of Jesus, just like a plant it needs ‘Light’ to grow and so do we.

Even the details of how a plant uses Light turning it into a complex combination of chemicals causing the growth of the plant’s cell…

Why Good Light is Essential

Photosynthesis is the process whereby plants turn the energy of light into their own building materials. They combine water and carbon dioxide (and a minute amount of other elements) into the complex chemicals their cells are made of.

The amazing transmittal of heat and light unpacked from a burning log…

When you burn a log of wood all heat coming off is the sun’s light the tree absorbed now being re-emitted…

So, we humans are more dependent on the Good Light from the One who is the Light of the World, the world being our own Body and Soul.

Though the Eternal Light of Jesus, we are fully charged to become a reflection of His enduring Light, so, let your Light so shine before all bearing His Good News… The News of Salvation.

The Word of the Lord never fades, He said when you are ‘Enlightened’ and His Light is instilled in us, it will never fade. A camera was invented that captures the Soul leaving the body… an amazing claim?  Yes and no, because the Bible makes this claim.  As stated,...

 Jesus demonstrated this as he said to the repentant thief on the cross.

Paul wrote about taking this trip, but he was sent back to continue the mission of what Jesus chose him to do. While Paul spoke in the ‘Third-party’ he was speaking of his own experience when he was taken outside the city and left for dead after been beaten.

What is the National-Debt? The national debt is no longer a problem that can be ignored. According to the Treasury department, the total public debt crossed the $22 trillion mark on Monday, in reality, is the country is spending more than it takes in?

Let’s not worry about the National-Debt, nor should we worry about our personal debt to the Lord, as He said, ‘Do Not Worry’

Do Not Worry ] “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? ...

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Notice, the key note = ‘As Well’ meaning the ‘Things’ are secondary.  He, Jesus is Preeminent, and He alone can Save. And when we know Him, His Blessings and His ‘Providence’ is given. So, seek Him first and His Word will be your reality.

Because, God takes care of the ‘Big’ things and well as the little things, including the the ‘Swallows’ that can number thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, and perhaps millions of Tree Swallows hug the coastline on their journey south. And, one of the places they like to stop on this journey south is good old Cape Cod.

Why would a bird fond of farms and fields be attracted to the coast? The answer is bugs, of course. Even in the fall there seems to be plenty of biting gnats, mosquitoes, flies or beach fleas infesting the shoreline and the birds know it. In addition, coastal areas have another one of the swallows’ favorite foods, bayberries. You know those weird, little gray berries that early colonists somehow turned into scented candles? Well, Tree Swallows love them. Sometimes because of poor weather conditions, or whatever, insects aren’t available, so the birds use berries as their plan B.

There you have it… God took care of the Swallows…

Today Give the Lord Praises and thank Him for His Graciousness. Yes, you are blest, and are able to claim His rewards, and His Reward is Jesus Himself.

Most of the proverbs were written by Solomon (Proverbs 1:1 (Son of David)
Solomon was one of the greatest kings of Israel. During the time he ruled, Israel was a powerful and rich nation. Solomon was given great wealth by God (1 Kings 10:71423). God also made him the wisest man in all the earth (1 Kings 3:111210:24, God allowed Solomon to build His temple in Jerusalem (1 Kings 5 and 6). Solomon served God until his old age. He disobeyed God by marrying many foreign women (Deuteronomy 17:14-17). When he was old, his pagan wives turned him away from worshiping the true God (1 Kings 11:1-8).
During Solomon’s rule, the people of Israel were very prosperous. When people have plenty, they often forget God. They forget the important rules of righteous living. The book of Proverbs was written to help people remember God and the right way to live.

Written some 970 years Before Christ, yet these words  are as contemporary today in our lives.

As we read the Proverbs, let us be aware that… . When people have plenty, they often forget God. They forget the important rules of righteous living.   The wisest man on earth even fell victim to this. So be aware of:

Short history of the Navigators

The Navigators is a worldwide Christian para-church organization headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Its purpose is the discipling (training) of Christians with a particular emphasis on enabling them to share their faith with others. The organization's calling statement is "to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost."[1]

The Navigators works alongside local churches by providing resources such as Bible study booklets and study aid materials, Scripture memory aids, and Christian-oriented books. These are produced through the organization's NavPress publishing group, which also offers The Message Bible paraphrase. It also supports full-time workers who work mostly within local communities. In 1955 Dawson Trotman, founder of the Navigators, preached a sermon called “Born to Reproduce”. It was later turned into a booklet and read by hundreds of thousands of Christians over the following decades. It’s a must-read for every Christian, articulating the importance of becoming a disciple-maker. Here are some highlights:

  • The first order God gave to man was to be fruitful and multiply. Every healthy person can do it, rich or poor. Every healthy Christian, to, should reproduce by making disciples. Just as kids have parents and grandparents in the physical realm, the same is true in a spiritual sense through mentoring.
  • Every child of God should be a reproducer, not just missionaries. If it’s not happening, the gospel is not the problem. Many Christians run in circles and chase things that don’t really matter – failing to be intentional about making disciples.
  • One person with a systematic plan can impact billions. If one man would reproduce a reproducer every 6 months, over 2 billion people would be discipled after 15 and a half years. Just do the math.
  • Winning souls requires intentional follow-up. It’s not enough to get people to “pray the prayer”. New believers need a mentor to help them live a victorious life and model a reproducing strategy.

Trotman ends his booklet asking, “Where is your man? Where is your woman?” If you’re a follower of Jesus, you were born to reproduce. Are you making disciples who can make disciples?

         Religion cannot save, only the Grace of the Lord can.  Find God’s favor

  Will Sinners be allowed in Heaven?  Yes, Will an enemy of God be allowed in Heaven? No, what is the difference?

Text:  Acts 4:12

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Commentary: To be a member of the Secret Service you have to be considered a loyal person, while one could ‘fake’ it and be a mole, it is impossible for anyone to assimilate into the body of Christ without Faith in Him. Faith cannot save you, but it is the ‘Testing barometer’ by which our Lord can see the inner you.  Only His Grace can Save us.

The difference of being a Sinner and an enemy… A Sinner in fact all sinners that have received Jesus as their Savior will be transferred to His Kingdom in the twinkling of an eye.  An enemy of the other hand can never darken the gates of Heaven, why? Enemies are intrinsically against the goodness of our Lord and is considered filled with the evil forces.  An enemy is filled with ‘Enmity’ and enmity cannot be changed by exterior veneer. So, the smiling ‘Bandit’ or deceiver can assimilate in our lives but never in the Kingdo0m of God.

The unforgivable sin is… Matthew 12:31

[The Unpardonable Sin ] “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.

Unless we Surrender and be ‘True’ to our Lord Jesus, even in our sinful state Jesus will receive us when we commit it all to Him. Remember our Lord do not want or need anything from us, all He wants is our Faithfulness, no deceit, falsehood, posing or posturing can make us whole, only in Him we can be made ‘whole’  So with our Lord Jesus we cannot fake-it by repackaging ourselves

Our Lord Jesus is able to seem us from the inside out, like the scanner at the Airport, but even at these scanners one can still beat the machines. With God who created us , He already knows that our ‘Righteousness is like a ‘filthy rag’ , this is quite insulting, as you say I just came out of the shower I was at the Spa all day and I am rejuvenated?  Yes, you are unacceptable, the Lord’s Scanner will set of an alarm, because without His Blood of Atonement, we are blemished.

Jesus Paid-It-All, and His Blood of Atonement is the SEAL of His Righteousness that He gives us when we come to Him and accepts His Redemption. The Good News is… Jesus Christ  rose Triumphantly, and He Lives and because He lives, we shall also life with Life-Everlasting in His Kingdom of Splendor.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus take this day and let it be a day filled with Your peace and lead us to Green pastures and by Still Waters. As we go let us be a blessing to all in our path, Lord thank you for Your Grace and Your Divine Redemption. Bless our Visitors as we give you first place in all things, and Lord Your Providence is evidenced by Your love Lord. The Light was Yeshua/Jesus as the Sun was not placed in the heaved until the 4th day.

Jesus said… John 8:58

“Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” In Context 

Luke (NIV) 5:32
I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

He came to save us…

  1. 1 John 4:10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

1 John 4:14
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

How was my name written in the Holy Bible?

Recently I was asked at Bible study, can one’s name that has been entered into the ‘Book of Life’ may be erased? He went on to say his question was because the Bible said there is a verse that said…I will blot their name out of the book of life? My answer was that there are two books, the book of life compiled during the period of Moses, as a census, and there is another book known as the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Regardless the names of all races,  all of our names are mentioned in the Bible, which was written before each of us on earth were born, you may ask how could my name be in this Holy book called the Bible?  Yes, we are all mentioned in this book by name… To God we are all known as ‘Sinners’…

The Holiness of God is so Holy that He cannot tolerate the sight of sin, if this is so,  how can we ever be in God’s presence?  Because the Bible said... We are all sinners and come short of the glory of God: does this mean that we are all doomed?  Fortunately, the answer is NO. Because Jesus knew us all by our common name ‘Sinners’:

  1. Revelation 3:5 The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.

Yes, we are all known by our common name ‘Sinners’ so do not be worried, as Jesus assures us that He will never leave us nor forsake us, We must remember that God loves us even with a name like this.

Friends, with His Redemption we can look forward to the Place of Splendor that He said… ‘Eyes have not seen, nor can we imagine the beauty’ His Paradise is not just a place of un-imaginable beauty, it is a place of Joy filled by His Holiness, and as a redeemed individual we are now made Joint-Heir in Christ. We are Co-Heirs to His Kingdom.

This is not just a message of Hope it is His Divine Covenant. So today we can experience that name change from Sinner to a Redeemed new creation by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Praise God for His precious Gift of life through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.

Father we thank You for Your Graciousness and through Jesus our Redeemer our Savior and God in One of Your Holy Trinity, today I know in whom I now believe and am able to say by Grace I am saved and not of anything that I do, as I cannot save myself and only by Your Blood, Lord Jesus I am now marked with the Your Seal.   Lord, as we face this new week, bless our Visitors and grant us all Your Divine Providence, Jesus my Redeemer I pray in Your Holy name Lord Jesus, to you is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore Amen.

This is the Good News Forever, the return of the Lord.

Our Lord Jesus redeemed us by his Blood, and Jesus said that He has prepared a place for those that knows Him.  This is Heaven, and is described as: 

Conclusion: Heaven is a place of Incomprehensible beauty and peace, let us give thanks in Faith to our Lord Jesus that Paid It All

Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are, we will be. The Grace of God is beyond our comprehension… Eyes have not seen nor can we imagine what’s ahead.

The Grace and Love of our Lord

His Sovereignty, His Majesty, His Love, His Redemption….

His Omniscient… Jesus is with us always, even to the ends of the age: 

Matthew 28:20  teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”) 

HE is Omnipotent:  From Jesus our Eternal God, we receive His Power through His Holy Spirit:

2 Peter 1:3 [Confirming One’s Calling and Election] His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

His Love:   Our Sovereign God loves us so much He sent His Son to Redeem us

His Saving Grace:

Prayer… Lord let me be humble and by brotherly love not pre-judge anyone. Today Lord instill in me the presence of Your Holy Spirit and  capture my ways, my thoughts, my all and let me shine as a beacon for You.  leading others to You my Lord, as You said let it be done on Earth as it is in Heaven therefore; Lord use me and let Your Kingdom be broaden and grant our audience that seek You Lord; safety and as Your said Lord...” You will never leave us nor forsake us”, To You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore, in Your Holy name Lord Jesus we pray… Amen.

Reminder to our visitors, keep looking to our Lord to be the Author and Finisher of our Faith… God Loves You, and come to Jesus as He is our Mediator and our Sovereign God in One of His Divine Holy Trinity in His Father our Creator and His Holy Spirit. †††

Now,  more than ever in a changing world of economic make-over,  global uncertainties and the interference of the forces of evil in all levels of our lives…. 

We need the Armor of God!

Jesus said in His declaration of the Beatitude He said:

12 Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you.

13 You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltness be restored? It is not good for anything any longer but to be thrown out and trodden underfoot by men.
14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.

 15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.

While we seek Solutions… remember Jesus said:

Prayer

“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Do Not Worry

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

Seek Him first…

 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Action/Coming to our Lord:

Ephesians 3:20

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,

Come to our Lord today… He is ready to receive you.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father in Jesus we come.  Lord Jesus in awe we are still and know that You are God in One of the Father. Lord we thank You for Your Divine Redemption and the Grace that You have extended to us. Lord thank You for remembering us as without Your Grace we are hopelessly lost, but through Your Blood of Atonement we are cleansed and by Your Resurrection we are Redeemed in Victory over this world. Lord we thank You for the privilege of serving You to bring Your Good News to our Visitors. . Lord, thank You for our Visitors and we seek Your Blessings to all. We Praise You and look to You for Your guidance. In Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore... Amen.

Great is the Faithfulness of the Lord. Thank Him in advance of His mercies and His Providence.

Mark 11:24  In Context 

Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Let us be reminded of ‘The Oneness in Christ’ that where one or more are gathered in His Name, Jesus is in our midst; and as we end our prayers, by saying “in Your Holy Name We Pray Lord Jesus’…. Not using the ‘third-party’ inference of saying…’In Jesus Name we pray’.  Why? Because He Jesus is already present.  He is not missing and absent in the Prayer.

We are not judging anyone, but we want to express the ‘Oneness’ in Christ in each of our Prayers.   Assuming your name is John, how would you like to be at supper, and someone said speaking with you (John) and he end by saying… ‘Remember I am asking ‘John’ to provide what I asked? You certainly would say to yourself why is he referring to ‘John’ while he is already speaking with me (John) directly?  You may say this guy is nuts? Or is blind and not knowing he is speaking with John directly.

The sudden abrupt ending of Prayers by “In Jesus Name we pray” and not “IN ‘Your’ Name Lord Jesus we pray… I am sure our Lord will understand but He may be saying ‘Am I not in the presence of the Prayer’

Another example, you have just been ‘Knighted’ by the Queen, and you want to say, ‘Thank you your majesty’ would you say’ thanks to the queen’?  I am sure her majesty would be insulted as you did not recognize her as the queen in your presence.

Jesus Christ did the same for you and us… He called you to be a member of Royalty…

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

His ‘Priceless-Gift’…

His Priceless Gift is something we cannot purchase, earn it, inherit it or own it because we ‘deserve’ it.

This is the Grace of God…

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Can you imagine that when you arrive in Heaven you meet this fellow who said…’Let me tell you how I got here’ I made it on my own, because I am the greatest.   Mohammed Ali once said:” I am the Greatest” but remembering that we are mere humans, created in the Likeness of God… but we are born with a blemish.  This blemish is ‘sin’ as by one made sin entered into the world, and by One Redeemer we are saved.

Therefore, being redeemed by the Blood…

Romans 3:25

whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His

We are everything with Him, but without Him we are nothing. Whoever thinks that he is rich and famous, and God is secondary in their lives, just wait a few years when mortality sets in, and the reality of the future will become a greater issue than who they are.

to bring the firstfruits of our dough, our offerings, the fruit from all kinds of trees, the new wine and oil, to the priests, to the storerooms of the house of our God; and to bring the tithes of our land to the Levites, for the Levites should receive the tithes in all our farming communities.

Our Awesome God…

 Even to the slightest details our Lord made a ‘Harvest Moon’ could this be intended to give an extended work day to allow the farmers to reap their crops? We take so much for granted, each morning the Sunrises and the day ends with a beautiful sunset.  The Intelligent Design of our Creator is unmatched by any thing that we as mankind ever ‘made’… We really haven’t ‘Made’ anything that is not from a derivative of what God has provided to us. Can we name any revolutionary invention that man has created, made or even designed? Could it be the simple Microwave oven? Air conditioning? The Hubble Telescope? Or any of our latest Jet Fighters? Nope… none of these are derived from all things mad-made… needless to mention food, water or any of our daily essentials, nothing that we consume are derived from an all things man-made product.  Could it be Electricity? No, our bodies are electrically charged as our Heart has electricity that keep our systems running. Needless to mention the Trillion Volts Electrical Storms we see most afternoon, or even when the naked eyes do not see these lightning flashes in the blaring Sun,

His Faithfulness:

Jesus the giver of Life – everlasting, remember that a ‘Free’ Gift had to be bought by the giver, and Jesus bought His Priceless Gift with His Life by dying for us, and His Payment was Redeemed by the Father as He Rose from death. His Resurrection is a Witness of what He has endowed for those in Jesus who shall also share in His Glory through His Divine Redemption.

To know Christ:  Repent (Turn from your sins) and by faith receive Jesus Christ into your heart…

Pray this prayer of Commitment: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name I pray Lord Jesus… Amen.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come, Lord Jesus thank You for being our Mediator to the Father.  Lord it is because of Your Righteousness we are privileged to come in Your Holy Presence.  Lord thank You for Your Divine Grace as You have prepared a place for us all knowing that You have said You are not of this world… Lord as we go in faith, Lord remove the challenges and lead us all to green pastures as it is by Your Divine Providence that You gave us an abundant life and a more-abundant life to come. What do you need of the Lord today? On the contrary, what can you do for the Lord today?

The excerpt from John F. Kennedy’s Inaugural speech… “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your countryMy fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man”… These words still resound as one of the most memorable speeches.

Today, we have rephrased the question. We all ask so much of the Lord.  So, let’s stop and ask what can we do for the Lord today.

No one can ever fix the ills of this world, but there’s One Person that can save us all, and He is Jesus.

Think of what you can do to start fixing things.

Let it begin with self, ask the Lord to guide you and forgive others as God forgave you.

The sovereignty of God, the Omniscient of Christ, the infinite wisdom and power of Jesus, He holds all things together…

Colossians 1:15-20

The Supremacy of the Son of God

When shopping we focus on quality, and quality is often exemplified by the brand. So, we go for Brands.  When searching for Quality of Life, do the same, by choosing Christ. He exemplifies the ‘Truth’ and in Him the Truth will set you free.

Free from the wrath of God, because He Paid-It-All, and we are Free Indeed. No more, do we fear what life throws at us when we focus on Him.

So, find Him and you will find the Abundant Life that He said…

When God is on your side, no one can be against you. Stop worrying…

David the Shepherd boy who became king, he is famous for his slaying of Goliath. David was the 2nd king of Israel, but his transition to succeed King Saul, David faced many challenges.

While David was loyal to Saul, Saul became envious of David and sought to kill him.

Yet, in the midst of war, Saul became consumed with pursuing David. David however was anointed by Samuel and avoided Saul’s pursuit. As we read of David’s walk with God. God protected David in spite of David’s sins, which David repented to God, God remained gracious and continued to provide safety to David.

What God did for David, is absolute proof of…  when God is on your side, no one can be against you.

David always adopted the approach of ‘Dependence’ on God… and so we must also do, as studying the Bible is different from our academic approach to reading a Text-Book. The text book will show you only the principles, but the Bible reveal the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirt will guide you and prepare our hearts to absorb the blessings and the Divine presence of the Lord.

God was with David all along the way, God protected David, but there was a time that David strayed, but at all times David came to the Lord and repented, and this we saw and know that we can seek the same as David.

David wrote…  the ‘Angels of the Lord encamps around His people.

Happiness always belong to Those Who Trust in God…

The Apostle Paul dedicated all to the Lord, and so should we, according to what He endowed as said in Romans 11: 33-36

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?

Or who has become His counselor?”

35 “Or who has first given to Him

And it shall be repaid to him?”

36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Prayer

Peace with God is gained through Christ who breaks the bondage of sin..

Romans 5:1 New International Version (NIV)

Peace and Hope

5 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Commentary:

That I am made acceptable to God only by Christ…. I must be accepted for Christ’s sake, from the day that He Redeemed me and throughout all of my life, it is only by His Grace and nothing I do can ever will replace His Grace. So, I am only accepted by God for Christ’s sake.

I can never rely on my own morality and religious relationship without acknowledging the Grace of God through Jesus my Redeemer.

There’s nothing i will ever do that makes me acceptable to God. I must be accepted for Christ’s sake, not only when I first believed but for all of my life. 

I must know I’m justified through faith in Christ, and I am made perfect by His Grace that Justifies me. I must live this in my daily experience, and be aware that I can never look to my own performance for acceptance with God?

Ephesians 2:8-9 New International Version (NIV)

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

This Sunday take your own Bible to church, why? Would you go to the gun range without you own gun? Certainly not, why? Because you are familiar with your own weapon.  The same applies to your own Bible, it is personalized with your own notes and highlighted scriptures.

So, attending church bring your own Bible, it is your ‘weapon’. The Bible is God’s weapon against the evil one, it contains all the answers to life here, and the glory of God’s Providence for an eternal life.

Philippians 4:

Final Exhortations

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Commentary: Behold my Jesus stands at the door and knock. While He can enter without opening the door, but He is calling me to receive Him, and His mission is to bring me Joy, as he said as I stand at the door and know and if I answers, He will come in and dine with me. 

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.  Revelation 3:19-21

What a privilege this would be to sit at a table set by my Lord and to be just like when He sat at dinner with the disciples.

Just think how Jesus would bring me great news of what he has prepared for me and to give me insight of what to come? I can imagine that the table setting would be with delicacies of fruits, nectars, fishes, meat and bread.  I can imagine how He would pray over the setting and thank His Father and then feast with me as He prepared only the best.

 Yes my Jesus has been at my door and He came because He wants to give me Peace, Joy, Hope, His Love, His care and His plan for my life.

.  Lord bless this day as many will be assembled in Your houses of Worship, Lord let the message be clear and let many receive Your Salvation for Your Glory. Lord we thank You for the many Visitors and we ask Your blessings upon each one and we thank You for Your Favors to all. In a more recent time a visitor came to one of the mission stations in Haiti and said “I came to raid the Mission camp last night, but I had to turn away as the entire camp was surrounded by security patrol… after he told the story to the Relief crew, they told him that they had no security guards, and what he saw was the Angels of the Lord protecting the Camp.  This person was so moved that the God of the Christian Relief was so powerful that he came to the Lord and changed his ways.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father we come in Jesus our Redeemer and our Sovereign Eternal God in One of Your Holy Trinity… Lord Jesus Messiah, we lift You up on High and give You our Praises and thank You for Your Divine Grace. Lord today we go in Faith knowing that You are interceding for us and that we can look to that day when we shall see You as You are. The four key points in the Prayer of Jabez are:

(To the Lord) 

Oh. That You would bless me indeed,

And enlarge my territory,

That Your hand would be with me,

And that You would keep me from evil.

1: Seeking the Blessing from the Lord

2: Asking for the Lord’s providence to enlarge his Territory

3: Asking the Lord to keep His hands on him

4: Seeking to abide in the Lord and having God’s shield from the evil one.

On board an airplane the instructions…In the event of a decompression you are to first place the oxygen mask on yourself first before helping others.

While Jabez’s prayer may appear to be ‘self-serving’... Jabez was earnestly praying to have his territory enlarged and by this he meant having a mission field to give God the glory.  Jabez probably applied the principle of logics knowing if he received the blessing of God and had his territory enlarged, like every human-being when we get to this level the most important thing, we need is to have the hands of God over us to keep us from being arrogant. And Jabez addressed this knowing that having the ‘enlarged’ territory usually leads to vulnerability from the fiery arrows of the evil one.

The four-lines of Jabez’s prayer made a complete prayer, a well thought out concise request to the Lord.

Commentary: 

Just like the prayer of the sinner that said, Lord forgive me for I am a sinner…

Join the winning team and keep praying this prayer knowing that the primary intention that the gift and grace from the Lord are to be used for His Glory.

The first gifts brought to Mary and Joseph with Jesus in the manger is an example of bringing the ‘First-Fruit’ to The Lord.

Praying to the Lord is the Most-Important Meeting we can have in our daily lives…

All other things we do are secondary, as only our Lord can Divinely prepare us for the day, He can smooth our tasks, inspire us, give us His Blessings, and by His Grace we can cope with all aspects of life’s responsibilities.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundant above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.  

from Ephesians 3:20 NKJV  When we serve others by spreading the Good News, we are sprinkling the Fragrance of our Lord Jesus, and we also get the sweet smelling fragrance on ourselves… meaning that we are privileged to be a Vessel bearing the sweet smell of our Lord and Redeemer, and while we spread His Fragrance our Lord also blesses us with His Grace…2 Corinthians 2:15  (NKJV) 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

His Promise:

Ephesians 2: 4-10 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Only from our Lord can we have an Everlasting Peace, have FAITH in our Lord and accept His Covenant of His Salvation, then we will have Peace here and Peace in a place of Splendor, which will be an Infinite Everlasting Peace & Joy, fully sanctified in the presence of our Lord Jesus. What a privilege we have in Him, as Jesus is the same Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow and in Faith we can trust HIM.

Conclusion:

Faith is one of the most intangible elements… but Jesus said; ‘If we have Faith like a Mustard Seed, we can move mountains… Matthew 17:20
So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Imagine that our Lord said, if we have Faith as a Mustard seed, nothing will be impossible.  Just think if man knew how to apply the full power of Faith as described by Jesus, man would not be able to contain this power against his fellow men… but our Lord did make the power of Faith available to each of us, this is the Faith “in-HIM’ and as we trust in Him, and His Word said we will have Life-Everlasting, then at the right time, when life ceases on earth for us, the power of Faith is super-naturally released allowing all believers to transition to Him in the twinkling of an eye.

  • He went to prepare a place for us, and;
  • Jesus said He will return and those in Christ will be with Him forever

Rejoice with Joy today knowing that the future is bright, because He Jesus is the Bright Morning Star, He is the Beginning and the End, and His ending is the beginning of what we refer to as; ‘The Best is yet to come’

Principle: Our Redeemer lives…  Rejoice for He chose us.  Have Victory in Christ Jesus He is Faithful forever.

Commentary:  Hallmark is a quality Stamp that is affixed unto Gold Bars, such as 999.99 Pure Fine Gold, but what’s inside? We cannot see the inside of the gold bar, so we rely on this quality standard created by some bureau of standards. How much ‘real gold’ is inside the gold bar?

The good and bad about Faith it is good until it is breached. With our Lord Jesus our faith can never be breached by Him but only by our finite mind.      What is more valuable than Life? An abundant life and an eternal life with the Lord. Get it now.

Is a gold bar more valuable than a glass of water to a man dying of thirst in the desert? The Sahara Desert is located in northern Africa, spanning 12 different countries.

The Gobi Desert is located in the north of China and the south of Mongolia. It is growing at a fast rate due to desertification, a process that turns fertile lands into desert areas. It is caused by humans cutting down forests, droughts, climate change and other environmental factors.

Another desert located in South America, the Atacama Desert is the driest place in the world.

While some of these regions are well endowed with Gold, Copper and other Minerals, but little or virtually no rainfall per year.

So, life surround by valuable minerals with no water is unbearable.

The Streams of Life comes from the Lord as He said…

John 4:14

but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

John 6:35

Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

Revelation 7:16

‘Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them,’ nor any scorching heat. In Context |


Why are the street in Heaven paved with Gold?

Acts 7:48

Gold is still the one element that man has not been able to duplicate, therefore the Lord will use it as a common building block. This demonstrate mans finite ability and God’s infinite power.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father in Jesus we come.  Lord we pray for families across the globe especially those with children that are vulnerable to the depraved being of this world. Lord just as You calmed the waves for the disciples, You can calm the calamities of life. Lord we are privileged to spread you Good News and we thank You Lord for our Visitors and we ask Your divine Providence to all as You our Lord shall supply all our needs according to Your riches in Glory. Lord Jesus we thank You and Praise You and to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Let’s be ready…

Promise:

Ephesians 2: 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. They are no longer strangers and are reconciled to God, and fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.

One of the next scientifically un-proven things is that our soul lives on.  The only proof of Life after death was the witness by thousands of Jesus, and by His disciples. Jesus spent 40 days with them after He rose triumphantly from the grave.  Jesus even came to the beach and where they were returning from all night fishing without any catch, and the Lord said “Cast your net to the right’ and the catch was a most bountiful haul.  Jesus spent many days eating and talking and telling them about the coming of the Holy Spirit, they received the Holy Spirit and became fully knowledgeable of the Good News of the Gospel.

His Faithfulness:

  1. John 14:2 (NASB) In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.
  2. John 14:3 If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. We read the above scriptures taken from the New American Standard Bible, why, the NASB describes His Father’s Kingdom with ‘many places’, versus the NIV that said ‘Many rooms’ Why did we? When our Lord told the repentant thief at the crucifixion “Today you will be with me ‘In Paradise’…  To picture the original Eden, the Bible gave a condensed reflection of the ‘Habitat’ that Adam and Eve were given. To many that read Genesis, it would appear that our fore-parents had no abode except to be roaming in the Garden. 

The Book of Genesis was a compilation of events by Moses (A man of God) and Moses lived  and was educated in Egypt, and the Egyptians had built magnificent palatial dwelling places, Moses being in this environment probably assumes this was a given so he purposely did not include the narrative describing this.

The fact is; Jesus said that He went and He will return and if He went, this “if’ was not a question if He was going or not, it was an ‘if’ He went on your behalf, he would come and get you and where He is there you will be also. What is this ‘If’ such a pivotal question? Because Jesus as God in One of the Creator His Father of the Trinity, He knows everything.  Just like when He told Nathaniel…

  1. John 1:48 “How do you know me?” Nathanael asked. Jesus answered, “I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.” John 1:47-49 (in Context) John 1 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

  1. John 1:50 Jesus said, “You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.”

His Faithfulness:

1) That I was bought with a Price,

2) His Blood is the seal of Redemption,

3) I am His Holy Temple and I cannot come to the Father unless by Jesus my Lord and savior

Action:

Thank you for taking the time to read the Good News today... Welcome, we dedicate this site to bring the Good News of our Risen Lord, Jesus our Redeemer... Praise Him today as He is Faithful and come to Him boldly as He is waiting to receive you and give you His Peace. Jesus loves you... 

What a privilege….To be a Child of God through Jesus that redeemed us, as it is said ‘No one cometh to the Father except through His Son”…. Read this in

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”

Because as a Child of God, we can live triumphantly and be blessed and be given that pathway that is lit by His Light and to drink of the water of Life Everlasting.  What a blessing that He made available and a privilege that we have.

       Are 54 million lives enough? 54 million babies killed since 1973. An average of 600,000 per year in the USA.

The state of California has 39.4 Million people. 54 Million babies have been killed which is

35% more than the population of California.

In the name of “Pro-Choice” mass abortion is an abomination to God. – what is the consequence of this genocide?   Keep praying for that someone to know the Lord, God will make a way, all things are possible in Him.

Commentary:  A young man whose mother loved the Lord and taught him about the love of Christ, but this young man went off to college, became a physician but never followed his mom’s leading. While in internship at a hospital where we saw a lot of accident victims; there was a man who suffered a mighty fall who was not going to make it.  This man was conscious so the young physician asked is there anyone that he would like to notify to come and visit him, the injured man said he had no relative, but he would like his landlady to come and see him so that he could pay what he owed before dying.

The young physician called the landlady who came a few times, the man died peacefully, the physician was asked; what should they do with a bible that they found that the man was reading, the physician said he would take it as the man had no relative.

Taking the Bible, the physician opened the bible and found that this was a bible his mom gave him, when he went off to medical school that he sold. The physician’s name was written inside the front cover written by his mom. He was shocked because of the coincident of this bible coming back to him. He took it home and read all the passages that the man had underlined.  The young physician was led to the Lord after realizing the Word of the Lord and the unconditional love of God.

Sometime in our life when we offer to help someone, we ourselves get more benefit returning to us.  The incident of this young physician’s life’ experience of this accident victim owning a Bible that was owned by the young physician was a divine interaction of the Lord in the life of this young physician; whose mom was fervently praying for her son to come to Jesus.

Once thing for sure, the Lord answers prayers, and He never forgets, He is Omniscient, He is Omnipotent, and our Lord will never leave us nor forsake us.  

Do not neglect to entertain strangers, because somewhere or sometime an angel of our Lord will be sent to you…

The NKJV Bible mention the presence of Angels 190 times. One of the most profound visit of an angel was… Matthew 1:20

The Divine Super-Natural powers of our God far exceeds our thinking abilities… so today we stand in awe of the great things our Lord has done for us; His Divine Redemption through his Crucifixion and His Triumphant Resurrection.  Knowing this we are more awe-struck that Jesus who is God Incarnate would do this for us, yes, he did!  Because we are His greatest treasures, when He created us in His Likeness, He said it was Good… so why did He had to die? Because mankind fell from His Grace, He came to redeem us.  Just as Jesus is of the linage of David through Joseph His earthly father that fulfilled the prophecy written over 700 years before Christ was born, we are descendant of Adam whom He created, and by the sin of Adam we are all sinners.

EVENING:

What a privilege our Lord has given us… Through His Death and Resurrection, we have His Divine Redemption. You may say…why do I need to be redeemed? I am going to die someday and what do I know or care? Guess what? You will never die, because you are carefully and wonderfully made in the Likeness of God, and as such we will never die. The Word of God said… It is appointed unto to man to die once and after that the judgment; here we see a very contradictory statement, how can you be around for the judgment if you died?  Because we really never die, and even after the judgment we will live forever. 

In Christ we will have a life of Splendor, without Christ we are separated from God forever in a place of desolation. 

Modern man will say… how can a loving God put him in a place of perpetual desolation (Hell) Yes, He will as His ‘Fair-Warning’ will end on the Day of the Lord. And the Bible also tells us that …  Peter 3:10

[The Day of the Lord] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.2 Peter 3:9-11 

Our Lord is a Loving God, but He is also a God of a consuming fire.  Hebrews 12:29

  Join the winning team… Be a Victor and not the victim. Pray the Jabez prayer…

The four key points in the Prayer of Jabez are:

(To the Lord) 

Oh. That You would bless me indeed,

And enlarge my territory,

That Your hand would be with me,

And that You would keep me from evil.

1: Seeking the Blessing from the Lord

2: Asking for the Lord’s providence to enlarge his Territory

3: Asking the Lord to keep His hands on him

4: Seeking to abide in the Lord and having God’s shield from the evil one.

While Jabez’s prayer may appear to be ‘self-serving’... Jabez was earnestly praying to have his territory enlarged and by this he meant having a mission field to give God the glory.  Jabez probably applied the principle of logics knowing if he received the blessing of God and had his territory enlarged, like every human-being when we get to this level the most important thing, we need is to have the hands of God over us to keep us from being arrogant. And Jabez addressed this knowing that having the ‘enlarged’ territory usually leads to vulnerability from the fiery arrows of the evil one.

The four-lines of Jabez’s prayer made a complete prayer, a well thought out concise request to the Lord.

Commentary: 

Just like the prayer of the sinner that said, Lord forgive me for I am a sinner…

Join the winning team and keep praying this prayer knowing that the primary intention that the gift and grace from the Lord are to be used for His Glory.

The first gifts brought to Mary and Joseph with Jesus in the manger is an example of bringing the ‘First-Fruit’ to The Lord.

from Ephesians 3:20 NKJV  When we serve others by spreading the Good News, we are sprinkling the Fragrance of our Lord Jesus, and we also get the sweet smelling fragrance on ourselves… meaning that we are privileged to be a Vessel bearing the sweet smell of our Lord and Redeemer, and while we spread His Fragrance our Lord also blesses us with His Grace…2 Corinthians 2:15   (NKJV) 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

His Promise:

What would you be satisfied with? Wealth, Fame, Health or God’s Providence?

Choose God’s Providence, because it is a comprehensive package. The choice is yours to make, as Jesus said... Matthew 6:33

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Note, the order of priority is Jesus first, and through His Rightlessness all ‘other’ will be added unto to you ‘as-well’

Today we have the On-line Bible, and what we search for is not as like going shopping. God’s Word is intended to guide us, inform us, assures us and to point to His Redemption.

While we may find many chapters, verses of comfort, but we will also receive His warning and His description of God’s Wrath, and God’s Divine Redemption.

Prayers… God wants to grant us our desires, but He wants us to ‘Ask’ why? Because He is sovereign and as we read, when the Commander of God’s army came to Joshua, He replied ‘Neither’, when Joshua asked whose side He was on… Why? Because He is not our servant, He is sovereign. Therefore, we must ask, while He knows what we have need of even before we ask… And by asking, we are recognizing that He is the ‘grantor’ as without Him we can do nothing.

Forgiveness:  this is a Pre-Requisite of coming to our Lord…. In His Prayer, which we know as “the Lord’s Prayer” We ask our Lord for His Forgiveness and we say, “As we forgive those that trespass against us” Therefore, if we are carrying around any grudge, or misdeeds received or given we must first go and absolve ourselves of this by giving forgiveness.  

Forgiveness is not always a ‘two-way’ action, you may forgive the person but they still may not want to talk to you, but in the eyes of our Lord you are in the clear, as you have forgiven that person.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
The Pathway: Is a dimension that was revealed to mankind when Jesus ascended into Heaven…

The question is: How can we be eligible to have access to the Pathway? Just come to Jesus as you are, He will receive you as you are, and;
Here’s the Answer:  

just say Lord Jesus… I love You, and I want to have an Intimate relationship with You my Lord, and I confess my sins and accept your Divine forgiveness. I give You my all and seek Your Holy Spirit to fill my life with Hope in Your Salvation by Your Redemption as You paid it all at Calvary, Lord lead me to Green Pastures and Still water as in You I am made a Joint Heir in You Jesus, I Pray in Your name Jesus my Eternal God… Amen

 Coming to our Lord:

1) Knowing that God loves us all, meaning we must be rooted in Love.

2) to remain un-shaken remain strong by the Established Love.

3) To be rooted and established in Christ’s Love,

4) To be filled with God’s Holy Spirit,

5) That one must be satisfied and complete in Him,

6) To move towards the full purpose that God intended for us,

7) Let the Power of His Holy Spirit work in us

To apply the principle of Matthew 23: 12 For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.        The week went by so quickly, time is slipping by, use it wisely, it is not redeemable…

With time there is no ‘Do-Over’ once gone it’s gone. Just think if we could do a re-wind and relive the moment, or back up time to undo a mistake made?

In the Heavenly realms, God has made it possible for us to erase the mistake by going forward in time through His Grace.

When Albert Einstein outline the theory of relativity of time, his theory was a dilemma opening up… a theory, formulated that all motion must be defined, relative to a frame of reference and that space and time are relative, rather than absolute concepts: it consists of two principal parts.

The Speed of Light = 670,616,629 mph (miles per hour) considering the enormity of the universe, as the closet planet to earth is Mars that is 33.9 Million Miles away.

You may be asking why do we need to know the speed of light, and how is this relevant to reaching the Lord? As the Bible said… To be absent from the body and be present with the Lord, and this is instantaneous.

Prayer is a divine way of communicating with our Father, knowing that we pray to our Father our Creator through Jesus our Mediator who intercedes on our behalf as Jesus is our High Priest and as our Sovereign God in one of Father, Son and Holy Spirit; because HE said no one comes to the father unless through Him…. While we pray without any man-made device, this is a super-natural event that we can acknowledge by our Lord’s promise that He would send His Holy Spirit to be with us

While Memory is a gift to be treasured, let us affirm that our sins when forgiven by the Lord He remembers them no more.

Only the devil wants us to remember our past sin(s).  while we are forgiven, we must know that it is only by God’s Grace that we have been forgiven.  No one can forgive sin. Only the Lord. And it is through His Grace.

Just as one must believe the instruments and surrender to the fact that the readings are correct and be still knowing that the instruments are showing you your true position.

We all have experiencing going in the wrong direction, think you are headed south but you are in fact headed north. Without a compass, it would be hopeless on the open seas, God did place the stars above that has been guiding mariners for centuries, and our Lord Jesus has been doing the same for centuries.  Centuries? But He was born just 2,017 years ago, Jesus said before Abraham was, He was the ‘I AM’. So, coming to Christ you are not coming to some new kid on the block, He was there on the first day of creation…

To whom do you turn to when you need help? Is there a 100% ‘Self-Sufficient’ person on this planet?

Focus: No man is an island…  from a sermon by the seventeenth-century English author John Donne. John Donne’s statement still stands even today with instant Emails, the Internet and what we call the age of information.

No establishment can be an island, the growth of an industry is by market penetration, and when the product is accepted and consumed by the masses then the business achieves success. Many may say…” Why do I have to be saved?” these are the reasons…

An Animal does not have to be saved, why? Animals were created for man, and God gave us dominion of all animals.

Mankind was created by God in His Image, Mankind is the only creation that God made with His own hands.

All other creations were spoken into being.

Being made in the likeness of God, we are an exact facsimile of the Divine Almighty…

Being made in the Image of God, we too shall never die…

In life if you commit a crime and you are caught you will be punished, in the realms of the Almighty God, He sees everything and you do not have to be caught, not do you have to even commit the act, just thinking can be an act of offending the Lord.  But thinking because we are tempted, God made a way for us to overcome the temptation and relieve us of the guilt.  We have not sinned until we participate in the temptation.

His Faithfulness:

The Text above said we are to believe that we are to believe that we have received what we have asked. (In Jesus’ Name) therefore, we are to respond with a Prayer of Thanksgiving.

Jesus Is the Vine—Followers Are Branches

15 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.Abide in Me, and I in you. Our Lord offered us not just a ‘Membership’ but to be enjoined with Him and be part of His foundation which is the ‘Godhead’ the giver of Life.

Because He said that all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God, this is why His Redemption is a Priceless Gift, and cannot be purchased or earned.  It is also noted that the key word in the foregoing statement, was “ALL” therefore it means that no one can meet HIS Criterion of being Sinless…. To make us eligible to be redeemed, He died in our place and rose triumphantly, and by this we became eligible though HIS resurrection and He offers this today as His Priceless Gift of Salvation. Come to Him and accept His Priceless Gift…

Pray this prayer to accept Jesus: Heavenly Father I confess my sins and accept Your Son Jesus as my Lord and Savior; Lord Jesus I accept that You came and died for my sins and by your Blood of Atonement I am saved by Your Grace. Lord I confess and repent of my sins and place my trust in You and accept You as my Divine Savior, Lord I look to You and commit my life in Your Holy Hands. Lord come into my heart and grant me Peace, in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus I pray… Amen

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come, Lord Jesus let there be a celebration in Heaven today for those coming to You and accepting Your Priceless Gift. Lord You have said You went to prepare a place for us, and where You are there will we be with You.       When do you expect an answer to your prayer? Instantly, soon or eventually?

We all expect an answer almost immediately. But sometimes there is no response, but we must be patient as The Lord never fails to answer our request.

Sometimes the answer will come in another form, and we must realize that all things are from Him.

Romans 11:33-36 wrap up the entire Source, Grace and Praise.

Romans 11:33-36  (NIV)

Doxology

33 Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and[a] knowledge of God!
    How unsearchable his judgments,
    and his paths beyond tracing out!
34 “Who has known the mind of the Lord?
    Or who has been his counselor?”[b]
35 “Who has ever given to God,
    that God should repay them?”[c]
36 For from him and through him and for him are all things.
    To him be the glory forever! Amen.

Because my Jesus is Preeminent.

Philippians 3:8 [Full Chapter]

What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ

Let us share the above with Paul as he told the Philippians. So, do not make anything our idol, nothing we have will be needed on the day when we make the most joyful journey meeting Jesus.

Just as when Stephen looked up and saw Jesus standing at the Right-Hand of the Father… Stephen said; Jesus receive my spirit.

Note the ‘Things’ are given ‘as-well/ meaning it is Christ First.

Commentary

Read carefully…  ‘The most important thing in your life’. So, what is your most important possession you have or the most important event in your life?  Many times, things that we do or choose to do did not seems important until the need arises.

 

In a car-rental agreement it may not seems important at the time but including the Damage-Waiver (insurance) as a necessity this could turn out to be the most important part of the rental agreement, as someone driving, and ‘texting’ rear ended our vehicle and wrote off the car. So, for the $15 per day the $30,000 automobile was fully insured when the coverage was really needed.

 

In life we feel that what Christ did at Calvary is an ‘optional’ item, just life choosing to select the option of the Damage-Waiver for the car rental.   But we may choose to insure the car, but your Soul remained un-covered.

 

We use the term ‘Un-Covered’ instead of ‘Un-Insured’ because Jesus is not in the business of selling Insurance, Our Lord is not selling anything, He is giving us His Love, His Grace and His Redemption.  Yes, these are like insurance, but they are not.  They are ‘Assurance’ because we cannot purchase His Assurance, nor can we have an insurance policy on your soul by making a deal or checking the option box.

Moses was told by the Lord, just ‘GO’

No, Moses was not asking too much, he somehow lacked faith. But when God gave His affirmative instruction to ‘Move-on’ Moses acted.

Sometimes in our lives we are at a similar crossroads asking the Lord, so as He said…

Mark 11:24

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. In Context

Jesus knows our needs, but He wants us to ‘Ask’. As in the case of the blind man, Jesus knew what he wanted, but Jesus did ask him…’What would you like me to do?”

Mark 10:51

“What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.” In Context

 

Our request(s) to the Lord is required so that when we receive it, we will know from whom the help is from. Nothing occurs by default, except a ‘helpless’ situation to those who do nothing.

Jesus said this as part of His Sermon on the Mount…

We have the assurance of our Lord… all we have to do is follow His instructions. Moses did it and he led the Israelite across the Red-Sea.

While the Text above said... the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, we also must mention that the Bible also said…            Romans 3:10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one;

But the over-riding fact is while we are all classified and ‘Non-Righteous’ it is only by the Grace of our Lord and by His Righteousness we are able to come to the Father. And our access to our Almighty God is through our Sole-Mediator Jesus our Redeemer.

Knowing that there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus…

Romans 8: Free from Indwelling Sin

Have you ever wondered what God did in His Rest on the seventh day?  .  On the Seventh day He…. Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Jesus the Great High Priest

Prayer:

Heavenly Father Creator of Heaven and Earth, Lord Jesus knowing You were there at the beginning and Jesus Messiah, we thank You this day 2,019 years after You came and Redeemed us.  Lord let us stay the course and know that Nothing in all creation is hidden from Your sight. First. God obviously has a plan for you, if He did not, you would not be born. We are all placed here for a purpose. If this is so, how do we account for the violence done against humanity? It is obvious the plan of a man like Hitler could not have been from God.

So, how do we account for such an evil person? There were many that we cannot defend in the name of Christ. What is obvious is that their plan was the plan of the devil.

The forces of evil do exit and anyone that is not aware of this, must be aware of the events recorded in the Bible. God is the ultimate Force and through Jesus evil has been defeated, but we much choose to be armed with the Armor of the Lord.

To indulge in things that are abomination to the Lord is allowing the forces of evil to be part of one’s life.  We must discern the distinction between what may be attractive but leads to a trap of the evil one. So, beware, and make the choice of being armed, do as David did, consult with the Lord…

God’s obvious plan for our lives are revealed when we make Him the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

Rejoice you are in a class by selection, selected by whom? By the Lord, and belongs to a Royal Priesthood.

Commentary: from the News of the Royal families around the world, if we were chosen to be a family member maybe we would decline. Some may be shocked by this statement. 

The Royalty in which you are called is a higher sovereignty, Led, not ‘Ruled’ by the King of kings and Lord of lords…

We say the Kingdom to which you are called will be “LED” not ruled, because where there is Love and Adoration and the Presence of our Holy God through Jesus Christ our Redeemer. In the restored ‘EDEN’ there will be no need for the ‘Rule of Laws’ as we all will be Sanctified and being set aside in Paradise with no interference from the evil one, only the presence of our Lord that will lead us not dominate us, not governed. 

In this world today, we are governed by rules and regulations, the law of the land must be followed or there will be consequences.  In the New Kingdom described by Jesus, it will not be made by human hands, it can never be shaken, and it is beyond comprehension.

Yes, you are a ‘Chosen-Generation’ called to a Royal-Priesthood.

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…

So today as we are enlightened knowing we are chosen to a Royal Priesthood, we need to be ‘Knighted’ or rather be ‘Blessed’ by the Redeemer, who will make you a ‘Special-person’ to be sanctified, and set-apart that you may proclaim the Praises to Jesus our Redeemer who is calling us out of darkness into His ‘Marvelous’ Light.

What a privilege our Savior Jesus, the Christ who is the Great ‘I AM’ to even remember each of us.  Yes, He knows you by name, and our names are all common, known as ‘Sinner’ so He came and Divinely Paid-It-All so that we may have Life and have it more Abundantly. Jesus said this…

So we invite you all to Rejoice, and rejoicing is not a momentarily state of happiness, it is eternal. As we can affirm that when you know Christ, there will be eternal JOY… How can we look beyond the gloom of this earth, a place filled with ‘Bad-News’ and the best (or the worst) way to start your day of anxiety is to watch the News…  But instead read the Good News, and the Good News is that Christ came to save us, as He said He knows us by name…

His Saving Grace:

2 Timothy 1:9 He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time,


Prayer… Lord let me be humble and by brotherly love not pre-judge anyone. Whom do you fear?… Fear not said Jesus, do not fear what man can do.

So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

 PEACE….

  PEACE; A state of tranquility that we all desire.  How can we have peace? 

No ‘Do-Over’…

Going without Jesus is like jumping out of an airplane with a backpack and not a parachute. (A humorous story)… A lawyer, a doctor, a little boy and a priest were all out on a small plane for an afternoon flight when the plane developed engine trouble. In spite of the pilot's best efforts, the plane started to go down. Finally, the pilot yelled out to his passengers that they'd better jump, he grabbed a parachute and bail out. Unfortunately, that left only three remaining parachutes. Grabbing one, the doctor said, "I am a doctor and I save lives, so I must live," and he jumped.

The lawyer then grabbed a parachute and said, "I am the smartest man in the world. I definitely deserve to live." Then he jumped. Looking at the young boy, the priest said, "Son, I have been fortunate to have lived a long and full life. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. Take the last parachute and live in peace."
Handing the parachute back to the priest, the little boy said, "Don't worry, Father. The smartest man in the world just jumped out with my backpack!"

Hearing the Good News and rejecting God’s invitation will turn into ‘Bad’ News.  Why? To deny Christ, He said if you do, He will deny you before His Father.  One may say why do I need Christ? God is a merciful God, and He said He loves me… To deny Christ you are making Jesus to be a Liar, because He said no one comes to the Father unless through Him.

Praying to the Lord is the Most-Important Meeting we can have in our daily lives…

All other things we do are secondary, as only our Lord can Divinely prepare us for the day, He can smooth our tasks, inspire us, give us His Blessings, and by His Grace we can cope with all aspects of life’s responsibilities.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundant above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.  from Ephesians 3:20 NKJV When we serve others by spreading the Good News, we are sprinkling the Fragrance of our Lord Jesus, and we also get the sweet smelling fragrance on ourselves… meaning that we are privileged to be a Vessel bearing the sweet smell of our Lord and Redeemer, and while we spread His Fragrance our Lord also blesses us with His Grace…2 Corinthians 2:15  New King James Version (NKJV) 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

His Promise:

Ephesians 2: 4-10  But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Jew and Gentile Reconciled Through Christ

 Only from our Lord can we have an Everlasting Peace. Real Peace by anyone on earth is still limited to a finite time.  So, we call this a ‘Superficial’ Peace as it can only last till be facing that fateful day; but, should we have FAITH in our Lord and accept His Covenant of His Salvation, then we will have Peace here and Peace in a place of Splendor, which will be an Infinite everlasting Peace & Joy, fully sanctified in the presence of our Lord Jesus. What a privilege we have in Him, as Jesus is the same Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow and in Faith we can trust HIM.

Conclusion:

Heaven is a place of Incomprehensible beauty and peace, let us give thanks in Faith to our Lord Jesus that Paid It All

Prayer:

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come…Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are we will be. Lord, today let Your Holy Spirit be with our Visitors and us all as we pray in Your Holy Name. Lord Jesus our Supreme Eternal God to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.
